Our Story
TLC was born out of a merger of two facilities. Leadership has been serving the children of the Clarksville/ Fort Campbell area since 2003. We believe each child is unique and deserve the opportunity to maximize their capabilities. We promote Exploration, Literacy, Self-confidence, Oratorical skills used for public speaking.

"The connection between home and school"
Welcome to The Little College - a program designed to prepare children for school serving kids 3 to 12 years of age. In this environment the Pre-K children will grow, learn and explore through creative and innovative experiences. The children enrolled in CMCSS will receive support in their studies and be challenged to excel academically. Each room is designed to concentrate on specific centers for children to explore. The atmosphere is inviting for curiosity and independent learning.

At The Little College, our mission consists of providing a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe. Our unique Child Care Center offers various activities that are specifically designed to encourage each child’s growth. Through cooperative play and creative activities, kids reach their social, emotional and physical milestones naturally and with ease.
